At my school, I am part of my Student Leadership Team. The aim is to find things collectively that our school can improve on. I introduced the idea of a kindness calendar (every month, as a form class, you choose to do one act of kindness). We have thought of many things such as greeting teachers, helping new students around the school and many others. This has had such a positive difference to our school and environment.
