Action against plastic:
At home we buy things that are not in plastic as much as possible, Mum works in a zero-waste, plastic free shop so that helps us a lot.
We always use reusable bottles and boxes for our lunch box and its quite hard sometimes but we are doing a good job so far.
We recycle almost everything we use including our crisp packets and stretchy plastics – if we can’t recycle or reuse it we don’t have it.
We pick up rubbish that people leave on the ground and we are going to get our school to sign up to Plastic Clever Schools, I am going to write Mrs Marles, my headteacher, a letter to start it.
