Hello there!
Are you a child eager to do your bit for the planet? Well, you are in the right place. As Kids Against Plastic we are looking out for some environmentally conscious children to get on board and grow our team of kids fighting single-use plastic. With more children showing the public the problems with plastic we can make a bigger impact and prove that it’s more than just two children and their parents.
We need some passionate and dedicated children that will help us get the public on board. You can be any age; a young child or an older child and you don’t have to know loads about plastic either! We can teach and educate you so that we have facts on our side when encouraging cafes and supermarkets to become more environmentally friendly.
Here is a list of things that you could do as a Kid Against Plastic:

Arrange and participate in litter picks in your area and send the plastic beverage litter amount to us so we can add it onto our overall total.

Lead by example; don’t us the big four plastic polluters (plastic coffee cups and lids, plastic bottles and tops, plastic straws and plastic bags) and encourage others to do the same.

Spread the word about the problems with single-use plastic.

Encourage cafes and schools in your local area to become ‘Plastic Clever’

The problem with plastic is ever growing and unless we stop it, this issue will just get worse. We are going to inherit the problems associated with this planet so it is up to us to stop it and the sooner we start the better. Let’s make ourselves an army of determined kids who are not going to stop until we think this problem is solved.
