Eco- moorings project could result in seagrass recovery

Five traditional moorings at Cawsands Bay in Devon have gone eco in a collaboration between MCS, the National Marine Aquarium and Princess Yachts. The ‘helical’ moorings have been shown to allow seagrass beds to recover after damage caused by mooring methods using chains dragged along the seabed.
