We’re delighted to announce Allport Cargo Services have achieved Plastic Clever Business status!
Ramona is proud to have formed a dedicated and passionate team tasked with developing different ways to perfect the initiative with ongoing efforts and improvements within their business.
The team’s most recent transition includes changing their milk deliveries from plastic bottles to reusable glass. To date they have replaced all single-use plastic bottles and coffee cups with reusable personalised water bottles and coffee cups to encourage staff to eliminate unnecessary plastics both in the workplace and on the go. They have also removed all desk bins from the office, using only the bins in the kitchen, in a great effort to reduce their overall waste.
